Terms and Conditions for delivery

1. Unacceptable Shipments
A shipment is deemed unacceptable if:

  1. No customs delcaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations,

  2. Contains the following list of goods classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transportation Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) or other relevant organisation (’Dangerous Goods’):

       (1) Weapons and ammunition

       (2) Dangerous goods:

  • Class 1: Explosives

  • Class 2: Gases

  • Class 3: Flammable liquids

  • Class 4: Flammable solids; substances liable to spontaneous combustion; substances which, in contact with water, emits flammable gases

  • Class 5: Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides

  • Class 6: Toxic and infectoous substances

  • Class 7: Radioactive material

  • Cass 8: Corrosive substances

  • Class 9: Miscellaneous dangerous substances and articles, including environmentally hazardous substances

        (3) Wastes, living botanicals, livestock, animals,

        (4) Counterfit goods, bullion, human remains, illegal items such as ivory and narcotics,
   3. Contains any other items which F-drones decides cannot be carried safely or legally
 

2. Deliveries To Shore
F-drones will only accept the following list of goods for deliveries from vessel to shore:

  1. Documents

  2. Bunker samples

  3. Other item(s) which have received the permission of the Singapore Customs
     

3. Customs Permissions and Duties
For item(s) that requires the permission from the Singapore Customs, client shall provide F-drones the import permit or approval granted by Singapore Customs.
The customer shall pay for any duty or tax for the import of these item(s) to Singapore.
