Role​

• Handle the full set of accounts including bookkeeping and reconciliation

• Timely & accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, including supporting schedules & commentaries.

• Reconcile month end realized P/L, unrealized positions and cash balances

• Assist to prepare the company’s annual financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables & Fixed assets. To also coordinate with company secretary on annual return filing to ACRA.

• Prepare financial projections, project budgets and annual budgets.

• Lead improvement in systems, work processes, financial procedures and internal control processes.

• Handle accounts payable/ accounts receivable / inventory.

• Support the company’s procurement needs.

• Support the business development team’s invoicing.

• Manage the company’s government grant applications and claims

Your profile

• Bachelors or Diploma in Accounting.

• Qualification in ACCA, CA or CPA is preferred

• At least 3 years of related working experiences, of which at least 2 years were in handling company-level financial reporting.

• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST

• Familiarity with grant applications and/or claims

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero accounting software

• Meticulous with analytical skills

• Excellent organisation skills, ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effective

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess good attitude and able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
